Order records may include name, email, contact handle, selected plan, preferred region, operating system, hostname, SSH public key, setup notes, wallet-payment identifiers, and order timeline events.

How It Is Used

Information is used for checkout, fraud review, provisioning, support, accounting, dispute handling, and service security.

Payment Data

Crypto payment is checked from public blockchain data. ClaudHarbor records payment status, network, amount, and transaction identifiers, not wallet private keys.
